1. Before work begins
You may request a full refund at any point before work has started on your project.
2. After work begins
Once work has started, refunds are calculated based on the work completed. Projects that are already delivered are generally non-refundable unless the deliverable materially fails to match the agreed scope.

Contact us on Discord or at hello@yugstudios.com with your project details. We respond to refund requests within 7 days.
