By purchasing services from Yug Studios ("Yug Studios", "we", "us"), you agree to the following terms. Yug Studios is an independent studio; individual services are delivered by our team under our supervision.
1. Projects & payments
Projects are discussed through our Discord server or website and quoted individually based on their scope and requirements. Unless stated otherwise, the agreed final files and deliverables are provided once the payment requirements for the project are completed. Prices quoted are in USD and cover the scope described at the time of purchase.
2. Delivery & revisions
Delivery times are estimates communicated per project. Each project includes the revisions stated in its agreed scope; additional revisions may be quoted separately.
3. Ownership & usage
Upon completion of the payment requirements, you receive the usage rights discussed for your deliverable. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.
4. Conduct
We may refuse or cancel projects that are illegal, hateful, or infringe the rights of others.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a breach of these terms and may result in a ban from all Yug Studios services.
